Teresa Brazen has spent 15+ years working in the design industry as a design consultant, educator, business leader and executive coach. She’s helped teams at NASA, Cisco, Clorox and more adopt human-centered ways of working. Teresa spearheaded the global expansion of Cooper Professional Education—a leader in design and creative leadership training—to 10 countries. She has designed learning programs and taught design thinking skills to thousands of people globally. Today, she is a certified Leadership and Executive Coach (CPCC, ACC), and uses a tailored combination of one-on-one coaching, courses, team workshops, and leadership offsites to help teams operate in more human-centered ways.
