Sales Navigator's AI-powered Sales Assistant streamlines prospecting by delivering pre-screened leads, identifying the best paths in, and drafting personalized outreach. Sales Assistant is turned on by default if Lead IQ and AI for Messaging are turned on, but as an admin you can choose to turn it off for all users on an account.
To turn off Sales Assistant for all users on your account:

Sign in to Sales Navigator.

Click Admin in the top menu.

Click Admin Settings in the top menu.

From the left pane, click AI-assisted Features.

Turn off the Sales Assistant toggle.
After you turn off Sales Assistant
When you turn off Sales Assistant:
- Some other AI-assisted features that power the Sales Assistant experience will remain turned on, including Lead IQ and Message Assist. You can turn these off separately at any time from your admin settings.
- Messaging preferences will be turned off for everyone on your account. This means that users’ existing messaging preferences won’t be applied to new messages, and Sales Assistant will stop saving new messaging preferences.
Keep in mind that if Sales Assistant is turned off, the insights derived from it may continue to be incorporated in portions of other AI-assisted features that are turned on.
