Lead IQ in Sales Navigator gives you powerful lead information with a single click. Lead IQ provides an AI-generated summary of key information about a lead and their company to improve your first interaction with the lead. Learn about their interests, recent activities on LinkedIn, and key information on their company to have more productive, valuable conversations.

The insights on a lead are based on the following:

  • LinkedIn public profile of a lead
  • Their public activity on LinkedIn such as recent posts
  • Public connections or network-related insights
  • Strategic priorities and business challenges of a lead's company or account (generated by Account IQ)

Who can use this feature?

Lead IQ is available with Sales Navigator Advanced and Advanced Plus; we’re gradually making this feature available to Core users, and you might not have access to it at this time. Lead IQ is turned on by default but admins can turn the feature off from their admin settings. Lead IQ is currently only available if your LinkedIn.com language is set to English.
