Schedule reports in Recruiter

You can schedule reports (Pipeline, Usage, InMail, Usage, Jobs, Source, Funnel, and Hiring Assistant) to run on a regular cadence in LinkedIn Recruiter.

Important to know

You can't schedule the Summary and Custom reports.

To schedule a report via email:

  1. Move your cursor over Reports at the top of your Recruiter homepage and select a report.

  2. Click Save report.

  3. In the Report name field, add a name for your report and click the toggle next to Schedule report via email to turn on the setting.

    • You can also click View all saved reports and click the  edit icon for the saved report that you want to schedule.
  4. Select the settings for your scheduled report.

    • Select the time and time zone
    • Select the start and end dates
    • Select the frequency
  5. In the To field, add up to 10 email addresses.

    • You can add individual email addresses of anyone (including non-Recruiter users), and distribution email addresses.
  6.  In the Subject field, type the subject for the email.

  7. (Optional) Add a note to provide more context for your report.

  8. Click Save & schedule.

Here's a tip

In View all saved reports, you can edit, schedule, and unschedule a saved report by clicking on the Edit icon on the right-hand side of the report name.
