Branch io deep links not working on device

Question

I integrated Branch.io to my iOS app, and add deep links to the associated domains, one device faces an issue where deep link always redirect user to safari even if the application is installed, I tried another devices but it works well and deep links redirects user to the app.

Also we tried another device it works well, then the app is deleted, then deep links no longer redirects to the app.

The two devices belongs to the same user.

After many tries, the solution is clearing Safari cache
Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
Another solution is changing the network connected to the device
