Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed alumni networking by enabling personalized
engagement, career support, and lifelong learning opportunities. This research introduces
an AI-driven alumni association platform designed to strengthen alumni-institution
relationships through intelligent automation and tailored interactions. The platform
integrates AI-powered chatbots, predictive analytics, and content recommendation
systems to enhance networking, mentorship, and career opportunities. Additionally, it
addresses key challenges such as data privacy, algorithmic fairness, and ethical
considerations in AI-driven engagement. This paper explores the role of personalized AI in
redefining alumni interactions, evaluates the technical and ethical challenges involved,
and outlines future research directions to develop scalable, responsible, and adaptive AI-
powered alumni platforms.
