- #32 Purpose of these projects: to make processes more efficient, but also to make all of us more effective – whether in the classroom, front office, or in the gym. I’d like to share one last project from Drew Snodgrass, one of the Directors of Curriculum and Assessment for KIPP St. Louis. Drew has put an automation project together that draws parents into the progress report conversation in a unique and powerful way. … And that’s what these efforts are all about. Learning these flows isn’t just about building cool tools. It’s about caring for people, which makes it worth the effort.
