Experienced Executive - I am an accomplished executive with excellent presentation, communication,

Synovate’s Interactive Opinion Network™ from $2.5 million to $5 million in two years.
Operations Leadership - Directed field operations for research projects, supervising staff and adapting
to local environments. Frequently, I represented the company at industry events, e.g. ARF, AMA and
other conferences, to promote the company. One example is my presentation to the leaders at the 2003
Synovate Eastern European Division conference in Barcelona.
Start-ups - Created marketing plans and process flow guidelines for several start-up products: NADA-24,
ION™ and Interview Insights™. Typically, I coordinated activities on the development team, e.g. a new
customer satisfaction program in the automotive industry – NADA-24. I managed and negotiated the
integration of Quester’s human resources interviewing tool with Applicant Tracking Systems to build
business.
Training - While at Synovate, I designed the project document for training field staff to implement a long
term research project in the Cincinnati area for a major client. Designed and created comprehensive
guideline documents for product end users to navigate and understand the website reports.
Quality Assurance - Throughout my career, I have been recognized for accurate data and low error
rates. While at Nielsen, my group was nominated as one of three candidates for the annual Audie award
in 1997 by the Quality Assurance Department. I developed and implemented an internal Client
Satisfaction Program for the Data Collections Group. Additionally, I designed training to improve meeting
effectiveness for the group.
