- #2 Hi everyone and welcome to our webinar today! We are excited to be covering a Holistic Approach to Performance Management with BambooHR. Thanks for taking the time out of your day to join us for this webinar as I know that as HR professionals you are often the busiest people in the office. Feel free to share with us where you’re from in the chat, but make sure to change your To option to say “Everyone” so we can all see what you’re saying. Many of us are working remote so we would love to hear where you are joining us from. I am just outside of Salt Lake City, Utah myself. We have some really great content for you today, but before we get to know our presenters a little better, we have a few housekeeping items to cover.
- #3 First off, we’re happy you’re joining us today! Please feel free to submit questions throughout the webinar using the chat feature on the interface. We will have a Q&A session at the end of the webinar, time permitting, with our presenter and will address as many questions as we can. - #4 Now that the housekeeping items are out of the way, let’s dive in! Presenting at our webinar today we have Jimmy Elsner the People Operations Manager at Cable Bullet, and a real BambooHR user. Jimmy has been a customer with us for 2 years, and he’s here to tell us about his experience using BambooHR Performance Management, Employee Satisfaction and Employee Wellbeing. Also with us, we have our product marketing manager Eric Serdar, from BambooHR. In his role, Serdar manages the organization's employee culture products, which include BambooHR's performance management and employee wellbeing surveys. With seven years of marketing experience with SaaS products, he loves understanding the complexities and challenges of growing businesses and how to help them thrive. He’s here to walk us through all the product features BambooHR Performance Management has to offer.
