WHAT I DO: I lead, help, coach and mentor my team in our journeys to increase revenue, increase margins and increase market share for our business. HOW I DO IT: I get to know our clients and their problems. I focus on understanding what the underlying issues are and assist in providing a co-solution to the MD’s and CEO’s we work with.
