LinkedIn I am proposing a new and complementary vision to LinkedIn. While international LinkedIn brings together professionals from all around the world, my concept aims to create a national LinkedIn, designed to connect professionals within the same country. The objective is clear: Provide greater visibility for small professionals, who are often overshadowed on global platforms. Encourage communication in the same language, aligned with the local context and professional market. Offer a more accessible, relevant, and country-specific professional space. A local LinkedIn would also allow companies to manage several localized profiles for their branches worldwide, instead of relying on a single global page that may not reflect local realities. In this context, I propose launching a pilot phase in partnership with Ooredoo Group – Qatar, which operates in several African and Asian countries. This collaboration could serve as a strong foundation to test, refine, and deploy this new model. Leading as a human build trust Much faster than company benefits. This one thing I recommend for leaders especially founders: Audit trust at least quarterly This helps you see: - where the gaps are - how your team really feels - what risks are there that can affect trust Trust is math. The math that pushes you to lead from humanity.
