You can keep track of prospective leads by saving them in Sales Navigator. Saving a lead helps facilitate opportunities by surfacing important updates and similar leads directly on your Sales Navigator homepage. You can save up to 1,000 leads in each list and 10,000 total leads.
To save a lead from the Account page:

Sign in to Sales Navigator.

In the
Search box, type the company you'd like to view lead suggestions from and select it from the dropdown menu. -
Under the
People tab, you can view: - Recommended leads: A list of suggestions for leads at the company. Learn more about how Sales Navigator uses your LinkedIn data to make suggestions.

CRM Recommended leads on an account page reflect ideal lead recommendations for you, by analyzing previously closed-won opportunities along with LinkedIn data, to help you complete your Account Map.- My saved leads: All the leads you save, both in lead lists or separately.
- Account Map: Allows you to leverage real-time account trends and map lead/account relationships, all on the account page. While viewing lead information in an Account Map, Sales Navigator displays only a selection of leads from the selected company and not all leads.

To save a lead, click Save lead
or Add to map under Recommended leads, then Save on a lead's information card in Account Map.
If you've already saved a company as an account in Sales Navigator, you can access that company's Account Details page directly from your Accounts page.
To save a lead from a lead page:

Go to your Sales Navigator homepage.

In the search bar at the top of the page, type in the name of the lead you’d like to view.

The lead page will appear, and display information about the lead. Click the Save button in the top right corner to save the lead.

If you are a Sales Navigator Advanced Plus user, and have CRM Sync enabled, you can click Add to CRM to add the lead as a record in your CRM.

To save a lead from the homepage:

Go to your Sales Navigator homepage.

Filter your lead search by clicking +Lead filters in the extended
Search section at the top of the page. -
On the lead results page that appears, click Save next to the profiles you’d like to save as leads.
To save a lead from the search results:

Go to your Sales Navigator homepage.

Next to the search bar at the top of the page, click All filters then Lead filters and enter in your search criteria.

Click Search.

Click Save next to the profiles you'd like to save.
Important to know
You’ll see lead recommendations under Similar leads when you save a lead in search results, based on the title and seniority of the lead you saved. -
To save multiple leads, select the check box displayed above the search results and click Save to list. Using this step, you can save 25 leads at a time.
To save a lead directly via your connection request:

Go to your Sales Navigator homepage.

In the search bar at the top of the page, type in the name of the person you’d like to connect with.

Next to the Connect button, click View in Sales Navigator.

On the Lead Details page that opens, click the blue Save button to save your prospective connection as a lead.
