Flexible ads creation helps advertisers save time and improve performance by automatically generating and testing high-performing ad variations across single image and video ad formats in Classic ad sets. Advertisers can upload up to four images or videos at once and draft up to five headlines and descriptions that will automatically be mixed and matched to generate up to 64 unique ad versions in minutes. 

Important to know

You’ll need to create a new ad set to use flexible ads. New ad sets will be created within the ad set as your single image and video ads are generated.

Limitations 

Consider some of the following limitations for flexible ads: 

  • Only available for Classic ad sets.  
  • A new campaign will need to be created to use flexible ad creation. You can't use an existing campaign or combine flexible ads created from this flow with regular ads in the same campaign.
  • Only available with single image and video ad formats.  
  • Only available with dynamic budget optimization enabled.
