Created the call-for-testing.md file copying all original content & converted into markdown. issue #47

This can be a #### despite they have used <strong> we can update this. This applies for any other similar in the bottom also


Remember that it’s better to alert the need for testing than not to test at all so, if there’s something that needs testing but you don’t have capacity to facilitate, it’s still valuable to offer a self serve option.

We don't need to add anchors, they will be added automatically
This apply for all ## and ### in the rest of the text


No matter what approach you’re using, the key is to ensure that information gets back to the right place. Usually, this means issues in [Trac](https://trac.wordpress.org/) or issues in the [Gutenberg GitHub repo](https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues).
