Pull Request Overview
This PR re-enables Codecov integration in the CI pipeline by uncommenting the code coverage upload step that was previously disabled.
- Removes the TODO comment and uncomments the Codecov upload workflow step
- Restores code coverage reporting functionality to the test workflow

Once #27 is merged all tests will be passing.
