What problem does this address?
In the Site Editor's Pages section, when you're using the table layout on a larger viewport, the quick actions ("edit", "view", "trash") appear inline when you hover over a row. That's great for quick access.
However, these same actions also show up as the first three options when you click the three-dot menu on that row. It feels a bit redundant. You're essentially seeing the same actions twice in close proximity.
It would be nice to either hide these duplicate actions from the dropdown when they're already visible inline, or reconsider the hierarchy so the dropdown focuses on secondary/less common actions. This would make the interface feel a bit cleaner and more intentional.
