Templates Dataview: Status filter is broken

• The UI doesn't show template statuses as options.
• Selecting the checkbox updates the filter chip to a strange label e.g. "Status is: true"
• Selecting the checkbox does nothing to the results

This issue is likely related to the template activation feature. This feature was not included in 6.9, and the problem cannot be reproduced in 6.9 Beta 4.
