Categories List: Add Inline Option

The Categories List block customisability is very limited as it's classified as a widget with the assumption that it will be used in a sidebar or footer. It'd be cool if it would allow users to customise more, for example, by displaying it as an inline list with a customisable separator.

You could manually make it using the paragraph blocks, but obviously, it won't be dynamic.

I came across this issue while looking for an issue that proposes more customization options for this block. Right now the main customizations are too limited.

In addition to the one proposed by Takashi, here are some more ideas:

• In a grid, with an image attached to each category. Maybe the layout options could be (row [as proposed in OP], stack, grid)
• Background color of the whole block
• Unstyle the li elements so that the default bullet icon can be changed/removed
• Style the individual li elements as inner blocks (add horizontal borders, etc.)
