[Block] Comment Author Name block - changing alignment or color has no effect on frontend

Description

I noticed that adjusting the alignment and color the change will be seen on the backend but not the frontend.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Add the Comments Query Loop block.
2. Select the Comment Author Name block.
3. Change the alignment and color.
4. Check the frontend to see the changes. I noticed no change.

That would be great, as I guess Comment Author will land before the generic Author (we can create an automated migration later)
