Incorrect Redirect for "Weekly Meetup of Core Developers" Link

Issue Description

There is an inconsistency in the #WordPress-chat-on-Slack section of the page Become a WordPress Contributor.

Current Behavior:
The link text "weekly meetup of core developers" has the href attribute pointing to http://wpdevel.wordpress.com/weekly-developer-chats/, but this URL redirects to https://make.wordpress.org/core/weekly-developer-chats/.

The issue is that the link text "weekly meetup of core developers" url added to the anchor link is http://wpdevel.wordpress.com/weekly-developer-chats/ and clicking on that, it redirects to https://make.wordpress.org/core/weekly-developer-chats/ instead we can directly link it to https://make.wordpress.org/core/weekly-developer-chats/
