Here's a way I'm often using ChatGPT to accelerate delivery for clients while continuing to upksill my team: In the olden days, as a marketing agency owner, you'd get a blog draft from a writer, and you'd respond with feedback so they could revise it. Then, depending on how fast the writer was, it might take a couple of days to get V2. They'd get some things right and there would still be some gaps. More feedback. V3. And so on. That process can now be condensed to a couple hours, resulting in higher productivity for both the agency and the client. But that doesn't mean the writer no longer learns or the editor no longer contributes their expertise. Instead, what I've been doing is writing detailed feedback as an LLM prompt. So, I'll say, "We wrote this article. The main idea is x. What I like about it now is x and y. But we need to change a, b, and c." These will be conceptual points like shifting the focus or the argumentation or adding examples. I produce V2 with the LLM. I've now created a near-perfect V2 in 10 minutes. I pass V2 along to the writer to polish and send to the client. So the client gets work faster, and we can do more on their behalf. Plus, we are more productive in general. But I also show the writer my LLM prompt / feedback, so they can learn how I'm thinking about the client, the writing, and the iteration. You get the best of both worlds: more productivity for both the agency and the client — and a continuously improving team. Win-win. By the way, this process has also shown me why high-skill writers aren't obsolete yet. The LLM automates the execution — but it can only do so with the input of someone with the judgment to know exactly what's wrong with the first draft and how it needs to change. You still need the strategy and the judgment of an expert. It's just the execution that's getting streamlined. And that's good for everyone.

Ever found yourself buried in customer lists, spending hours figuring out who might give you that one piece of feedback you need? I’ve been there. It's exhausting, time-consuming, and quite honestly, not the best use of anyone’s time. That’s exactly why we built Campaigns. Before Campaigns, the process was a mess: - Endless hours scanning CRM records & bothering CSMs just to identify potential customer references. - Gathering feedback felt random and inconsistent—more like a series of anecdotes than actionable data. - We had to manually restart the process for every single task. It was frustrating! Now, here's how Campaigns changes the game: - Automatic customer-to-reference process: Campaigns automatically combs through your CRM and invites the right customers to become references based on criteria you set. No more manual searches! - Ongoing, tailored feedback: Customize prompts to collect continuous feedback—whether it's quotes about a new feature or tracking customer sentiment over time. - Personalized email automation: Edit the reachout emails to make them engaging and on-point for your customers, without the repetitive work. With Campaigns, collecting, storing, and sharing customer insights becomes effortless. You'll have a steady stream of valuable feedback that drives your key go-to-market metrics without the usual headaches. Curious to see how it works?
