On October 15, 2025, the Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure Partnership, MGX, and BlackRock’s Global Infrastructure Partners announced the acquisition of 100% of the equity in Aligned Data Centers from Macquarie Asset Management and its co-invest partners. The transaction implies an enterprise value of approximately $40Bn, making it the largest to date for global data centers by enterprise value.   Many congratulations to the AIP, MGX, GIP, Aligned, and Macquarie teams.   Morgan Stanley is honored to have served as financial advisor to AIP, MGX, and GIP, underscoring our leading integrated data center franchise.
