Kuaishou International Business & Zhejiang University Recruitment Sharing Session

On April 17th, the KSIB team visited Zhejiang University and held a seminar with the International college on the theme of collaboration in cultivating international talents, and held a job fair for international students at Zhejiang University.       

Zhejiang University, as a world-renowned TOP university, has attracted international students from 154 countries around the world to study for degrees. It is one of the universities in China with the largest number of international students.

School-enterprise Seminar

We discussed topics like Kuaishou KSIB talent recruitment, summer internships, talent training and management. There are 6,360 international students in the school.Due to the bilingual teaching of Chinese and English and the graduation requirements of advanced Chinese level, the bilingual skills and learning ability of international students in Zhejiang University are quite excellent and are expected to become one of the long-term talent supply channels for the business unit.

Campus Recruitment Sharing Session

The event included presentations, recruitment introductions, resume consultation and initial screening. The event was extremely popular, with long queues at the sign-in counter and the venue was packed. A total of more than 120 students participated in the sharing session, including 68 Indonesian students and 4 Brazilian students. An international talent exchange group was established at the event site, where more than 70 Indonesian and Brazilian students were interviewed on resumes and job matching , which quickly advanced the talent recruitment process and received praise from students.
