I've been a Zalando shopper since 2018. I've had the worst customer service experience with Zalando most recently. I wonder what kind of a company it is that can't take care of its customers. I had several mishaps with orders, and now I'm being asked to make a payment for a missing order. This is unacceptable. The company treats customers as liars and hangs up on customers when they call to inquire and ask for help. I was told I can't make complaints so decided to write to management on here. I reported my order number: 11003142328198 missing directly to Zalando and Bpost. Apparently Bpost claims it was delivered but I never received it. They have not given me any proof of delivery and when I call Zalando Customer service they say I have to make the payment for an item I never received. Any other company would've resolved this by issuing a refund (as it wasn't a large amount - 71 euro) in order to keep a customer that's been spending a lot on their website for years. Hope you will pay attention and respond. I hope Zalando will learn to treat long-time customers better.
