Agents aren’t just recommending products. They’re driving conversions. Retailers who had a shopper agent grew online sales 3.5x faster than those who didn’t. See all the Cyber Week data from 1.5B+ shoppers: https://sforce.co/4onBZ49

This clearly shows how AI agents are shifting from passive support to active revenue drivers. The 3.5x growth speaks for itself—retail’s future is definitely agent-powered Salesforce. 🚀

Salesforce’s data captures the real story of this holiday cycle. Demand isn’t the challenge anymore. Precision is. Retailers that invested early in AI driven forecasting, inventory intelligence, and automated service flows are the ones protecting margin while everyone else is fighting volatility. What stands out here is how clearly the numbers show the shift from reactive operations to predictive, context aware retail. The brands that treat AI as infrastructure rather than a seasonal add-on are the ones setting the pace for 2026.

Agents are the future, but nobody really knows exactly what an agent is. If it is something that extracts data and puts it where you need it to go with a human in the loop you might want an ambient AI with eyes and ears that runs on your desktop for a very small flat fee instead of an elaborate, expensive agentic setup. https://youtu.be/Zxz2TTRrUgY

Spot on, agents today must do more than recommend products. Delivering personalized, context-aware interactions is what builds real customer engagement. 👏
