Helping people is one of my biggest passion. It used to be my hobby, but not a Roche is actually my career. My family is definitely where all of my strings came from. My dad was a doctor and my mom, she used to be a teacher. So that's the idea I got when I was young. Like you got to do something that make your life more valuable by helping people. And when I just graduated the first year. Off my university, I had this opportunity to do an internship where she has a very, very nice atmosphere of building a community because everyone has something they're good at. You can always have different solutions from different people in different ways. When I first came to Shanghai when I just graduated, I didn't have like much friends. But meeting all the new people at Roche has created a very supportive community and a very safe environment for us. Because everyone is not afraid to reaching out for help, they gave us the ability to make things move faster. I would say that actually make us very good problem solvers. It's really nice to find a large corporation as Rush is doing the things I always wanted to do, but with more manpower and with a lot more outcome. So it's really nice to work here because I get to use the same effort, but helping a lot more people at a time.
