We’ve started covering our office walls with chalk. Not with roadmaps or feature lists, but with one question, over and over again: “What if…?” That’s the idea behind Project “Maestro” our decision engine that sits on top of your data and marketing stack, and turns all of those “what ifs” into reality. Maestro is our AI decision engine that acts like a dedicated CRM manager for every single customer. Instead of manually built flows, Maestro quietly orchestrates customer lifecycle moments and managed them accordingly. The visual below is our internal “What If Wall” version 1.2 of the questions we’re using to design Maestro. We are curious: Which “what if” on this wall resonates most with how you run retention today? And what would you add to it from your own experience?
