Pete Lau OnePlus I am writing in complete frustration. Despite escalating my complaint to the Global CEO, it is clear that OnePlus has no interest in resolving my issue. I’ve been completely ignored, and after weeks of empty promises, I am left with no choice but to say this: OnePlus is a fraud company. I will be warning everyone I know to avoid your products. What’s worse is the total lack of follow-up. Mr. Syed Ayan has emailed me multiple times, claiming someone will reach out to resolve my issue, yet no one has contacted me, and no technician has been sent. I’ve responded, but I’m still left waiting with no resolution or even acknowledgment. This experience has completely shattered my trust in OnePlus. My time and hard-earned money have been wasted, and I feel robbed. I no longer believe OnePlus values its customers and will share this awful experience far and wide. This is a formal request for a refund of ₹6,152 against defective paid service and an unresolved issue with my OnePlus TV 32", which I have been struggling with for over a year. Despite your brand’s motto “Never Settle,” I have been forced to settle for an unusable product, faulty repair work, and complete service negligence. Timeline of Events & Payments Made: May 2024: Lodged service request for my OnePlus TV (out of warranty). Jeeves technician visited and diagnosed a faulty display. Paid ₹826 (service charges) and ₹500 (transportation charges in cash) – Display was changed, but the issue remained unchanged. Later, I was informed it was a motherboard issue, and I agreed to the replacement. Paid ₹4,000 online for motherboard, ₹826 more service charges, and again ₹500 in cash for transportation charges. 🚨 Frustrated with Poor Customer Support! 🚨 I trusted @OnePlus_IN, @Flipkart, and @Jeeves_support when I purchased a OnePlus TV in 2022 along with an extended warranty. But the experience has been nothing but a nightmare! 📺 Issues with the TV: Lagging and connectivity problems. A black line across the screen. Despite my efforts to reach out to Jeeves for warranty service, I’ve received no response. Flipkart’s customer care has been equally unhelpful in resolving this. It’s shocking to see such negligence from such big brands! 👎 As a loyal customer, I deserve better: Why is there no proper support for warranty claims? Why is it so hard to connect with your service partners? This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I urge @OnePlus_IN, @Flipkart, and @Jeeves_support to step up, resolve my issue immediately, and improve your customer service! Robin Liu OnePlus Pete Lau I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the handling of a critical display issue on my OnePlus device, purchased in May 2024. Initially a green line suddenly appeared at the top of the screen, which quickly escalated into a severe green bubble effect across the entire display. I want to clearly state that the phone has never been dropped or exposed to any liquid damage. I promptly submitted the device at your authorized service center in Kochi (Manorama Junction, Panampilly Nagar). To my shock, despite a prior confirmation via email that display-related issues would be resolved free of cost if not caused by physical damage, the service center insisted on a payment of ₹5500 for a screen replacement. When I presented proof of similar issues being reported by multiple users—such as in this Reddit thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/oneplus/s/kcw41HghSb—as well as numerous reviews on Flipkart, the staff changed their stance, acknowledged the issue, and mentioned the part was out of stock and that I would need to wait for two weeks.

3rd class company and poor quality product even services also pathetic and staff behaviour poor. I have raised a query against pathetic product and service quality but no one has responded since last 3 month even case file against company in consumer forum also so I request you no one buy oneplus product and I request to govt of india please take strict action against this company and stop selling products in india. bycot oneplus in india.
