I get to kind of see people that have this sort of craving in their DNA and therefore they're looking for the path that's going to get them on to help them unlock their full potential. And one of the great things about medic, as we know, is associated is correlated to the sharpest end of our industry. So the more organisations tend to be good at execution, the more they tend to be good at medic. If you're a person that's hungry in your career and you want to work for the best companies, you're going to find those best companies use a variation of medic and therefore these people that have that innate hunger, that drive that craving. Would invest in themselves to get them on that path. We get to see a lot of those people here in this privileged position. Their feedback to us, we've helped them on that journey, which is a great, great privilege to have. Makes me smile every time.
