Many SAP S/4HANA users find themselves using the same transactions over and over. We're going to look at using the Favorites folder on the Easy Access screen as a shortcut to all the transactions we regularly use. Let's walk through the steps to add, delete, download, and upload our favorites. First, we'll add a transaction to the Favorites folder. To do this, we'll right-click the Favorites folder and click "Insert Transaction." We're prompted to enter the transaction code. We'll enter VA03, which is display a sales order, and click "Continue." We now see VA03 display sales order under our Favorites folder. We'll do this again for change sales order. We'll right-click, Insert Transaction, VA02, and click "Continue." And we'll do it one more time to create a sales order.
