- [Instructor] So we discussed Rapid Application Development and BRF plus, the SAP tool for Rapid Application Development. Now it's a good time to look at two very popular project management systems, Waterfall and Agile, and look at the differences between them. One of the major differences between Waterfall and Agile is the moment when all functionality becomes available in a productive system. With Waterfall, you do a Big Bang; that means everything becomes available in one go, and with Agile you do it in phases. As you want to do a Big Bang during a Waterfall project, you are going to set a date far into the future where you're going to say, "On this day, all the functionality will be available in the productive system."
