- [Instructor] In this video I want to talk about managing your sheet index, and I'm going to focus on what the index actually displays. So I've got a really simple example here. I'm currently in a PDF that was output from a project that contains a number of sheets, and what I wanted you to see is that over here on the page panel, on the left hand side, I just have these two sheets that I printed in this PDF. So there's a cover sheet and a floor plan sheet right here. However, if you look at my sheet index down here in the corner, and I'm going to zoom in, just kind of zoom in a hundred percent and then pan down to that location, you could see the sheet index right here contains many more than just the two sheets that are included in this PDF. So that might raise some confusion for the recipient of this PDF because they'd be wondering where all these other sheets are. So I want to show you how we can actually customize…
