Flex geometry to zero in the family editor

- [Instructor] This week I want to share with you one of my favorite little tricks while working in the family editor. I often find myself in situations where I need to flex a piece of geometry to zero. And of course, geometry doesn't like to have zero thickness or zero dimensions. And so, often that will generate a warning, and it won't be allowed. So, what's my workaround to that? That's what I want to talk about here this week. So, I'm going to zoom in in this corner right here. And I used this trick for a client who is asking for an alternative to this little filler panel right here. This file is using out of the box cabinetry families, right? So these are all families that are included with Revit, and that includes this little filler panel here. And what they asked me was, "Can we do away with the filler panel, and instead have a situation where each of these two families here and here could have some option that you could just toggle on and off to show the filler or not?"
