- [Instructor] If you've ever been working in a Revit project and you opened up more than one view and were working, and then you closed the file and went home for the day and when you came back tomorrow you reopened the file, but you're frustrated that it didn't reopen the same views you left open yesterday, then this video is for you, okay? So, what I want to talk about here is what controls which views open when you reopen the file and how you can control that. So, I'm here in this really simple file for this purpose, and let's say that I want to open up the level one floor plan here. And so now I've got my level one floor plan, I've got my 3D view and I'm working back and forth between these two views. And what I'd really like to do is, you know, have it remember tomorrow when I reopen this file that both of these views were open. Well, let me first show you what you don't want to do.
