- Have you ever seen a project deliver something into a business unit that gets shoved to the side because people are too busy to start using something new or haven't been trained yet, so eventually it's forgotten about? Transition is a very tricky and unsettling time that requires vigilance in order for the change to stick. During pre-transition, the business areas prepare for the change, providing training, clear communications, and support for when the projects deliver and transition begins.
