The reason is that those around you could be your management, or they could even be your client, might be unaccustomed to managing this kind of project. While it has similarities to IT projects and software development projects, it has its own unique set of characteristics. So our next element is analytics project management. And the very first thing that you're going to have to decide is how to define the boundaries of the project. It almost always takes more than one project to produce a complete solution.
