Using OFFSET to change DAX measure context

- [Instructor] Time intelligence calculations work best when we have evenly spaced data points on regular cadence, whether that's yearly, quarterly, monthly, or daily, for example. However, the reality is that there are many examples of non-contiguous time series data, like stock market data that doesn't include weekends or data updated weekly, that occasionally changes its update cadence. If we think of our DAX evaluation context along a ruler, the current position at which we're evaluating a result is represented by the pivot coordinates at that point for each value along the dimension. The OFFSET function moves us along the ruler to another position that we specify. One example of time series data that occurs weekly is for the interest rates for fixed rate 30 year mortgages.
