Combining single-card visuals

- [Instructor] Let's say we have three separate visuals in a Power BI field that each represent a different metric. Each one of these visuals will send a DAX query to the data source to get the data, to create the visual. Even if we import our data into Power BI, it still runs a data to this data that's stored in the cache. If we have three visuals like we do here, and won't necessarily have a huge impact on performance, but if we have dozens of visuals on the same page, we will typically see an impact on model performance. One way we can reduce the number of DAX queries sent to the data set on a single page, is to combine several visuals together. While we aren't able to combine a map visual and a bar chart together typically, for example, these visuals will likely take up more real estate on the page to start with.
