Markers and labels for latest data point

- [Instructor] When we discuss data points like the weather, we're very likely to care the most about the current weather now and less about a time period in the more distant past. We can emphasize the latest measurement in a data visualization by adding a marker and label to this point, like we see in the slide chart. In Power BI desktop, we have data points for the daily average temperatures in Los Angeles over an entire year. I already added a line chart with the date on the X-axis and the average temperature on the Y-axis. I also added a slicer with the dates so that we can choose a narrower range of dates to visualize the time series trends over. If we hover over the data points at the end of the line, we see the latest temperatures appear in the tool tip.
