- [Instructor] Let's go over some final action items that you might want to do with your mail. Now I'm in the other tab. There's a few options. The first thing that you have is this big giant button to empty the other. Now what that's going to do is empty all of your messages within this folder. If you wanted to do that, but have a little more control over what's going to go and what's going to stay, you can click this select button to activate the select all button. From here, you can select individual messages or click this button to select everything all at once. From here, it's going to tell you that everything in other is selected, and you can empty everything, flag it all, mark them as red or unread, even move them. And why I like to do this is because it gives you a little more control to deselect and keep any particular items that you want.
