- If you were just made an agile project manager, you may feel like you were just thrown into a pool of alligators with no way to get on shore. There's little or no formal training or mentorship for early agile PMs, and there often isn't even an agreement about what the job entails. I have a PhD in Computer Science from MIT, and I'm one of approximately 100 Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise coaches.
