Respond to a Meet now invitation
- [Instructor] So what does it look like if you are invited to a meeting? Well, if Teams is running, the invitation will pop up in Teams. But even here, without Teams running, I receive an invitation from Charles, and I'll click accept. I'm taken to choose my video and audio options. Turn my camera on if I wish. Perhaps I want to be muted when I join the meeting. But when my options for video and audio are set, I simply click join now. And here I am in my meeting with Charles. Because I had muted myself, you'll note that I'm given instructions on how I can unmute if I wish, but I can use the microphone and camera buttons to turn on my video or turn on my audio. Receiving an invitation to a meeting and replying is as easy as clicking two buttons.
