Cropping and resizing images in Clipchamp

Hi. In this lesson, we're going to take a look at cropping and resizing images. We're here in our My Media, and this image here, this group of people, is going to be the first image in our video. So we want to add it to our timeline. And there's a couple of ways we can do it. We can click here to add to timeline. And I'm going to delete it, or I can, like it says, drag and drop. I can click and drag and drop it there. Either way, it's the same result. Now, when we look at this picture, we notice that we have black bars on either side. Remember, this black part of our screen indicates our video. That's the full 16 by 9, 1920 by 1080 size of our video. This picture appears to be too small. But this picture, the size, the resolution of this picture is very, very large. So we can safely increase its size here on our project so that we can zoom in on it and it can fill the space. But the first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to crop it because I don't want all of this blank space above…
