- [Instructor] Let's now turn our attention to question and answer scenarios. Now, the Bot Framework handles the API and the dialogue pipeline and it has all sorts of helpers, but a lot of the original pre GPT work with Azure Bot Framework involved us developers having to manually think about what are the intents, what are the conversation paths? And when you have fixed answers to questions, think human resources, think frequently asked questions, your business depends on giving reliable answers. Nowadays, we've got, among other services, the Azure AI Language service that has within it this question answering capability and intent recognition. This is called CLU, Conversational Language Understanding. We know how Microsoft loves their buzzwords. You will see them on the exam, that's why I'm including them here. For example, Contoso's IT Help Bot answers human resources questions using Q&A and then routes tickets with intent recognition. So if a user uses these buzzwords that come up…
