As HR professionals, we often focus on supporting others, coaching managers, communicating with employees, and managing logistics. But real change leadership begins when we turn that lens inward. Before we ask others to evolve and become anti-fragile, we must examine how we are showing up. So are you modeling flexibility, courage, openness, anti fragility? Or are you clinging to outdated mindsets and your own fears while asking others to move forward? Your personal commitment to change is the foundation of your credibility.
