Logging in
If your access account was created for you, log in with the credentials provided by your Jira administrator. Sometimes users create their own accounts. In that case, check your email for an invitation with instructions. Your username is your email address. Depending on how your application is set up, you may also be able to log in with a Google or Microsoft account. Ask your Jira administrator for specifics. You'll also see a link to help you recover your password. Click the link shown and enter your email address. Then check your email for further instructions.
