- [Instructor] Performance is always important to any process you're working on and caching is always a great way to improve performance, so we're going to look at ElastiCache. So from the services search, I'm going to type cache and click on ElastiCache. Now, from here, we're going to create a memcached cluster. This allows us to cache some data in memory, which is always very fast. And in here I'm going to create a memcached cluster. So we're going to cache our data in the cloud and we have to give it a name. We're going to use this with a Lambda, so I'm going to call this Lambda cache. And we can give it a description if we want. And for the cluster settings we're going to use the default setting for the engine, the port, and for the parameter groups. But for the type of node, we're going to change this from a large due to cost, and we're going to look for micro and we're going to use the smallest micro we can, 0.5…
