- [Narrator] For many of us, the cloud is a part of our everyday lives. In this segment, we'll review the different types of cloud services available for businesses and consumers. Today, the concept of cloud computing is pervasive as it's used by nearly everyone. Cloud computing is accessing network resources such as hardware and software services from a provider on the internet, while some services and data are accessed locally, for example, on your laptop many see the benefits of having access to data and services from anywhere in the world.
