- [Instructor] Okay, let's go ahead and start with information systems operations. So here, what we're looking for is support of the day-to-day organizational function, right, so making sure the environment maintains a certain degree of performance, making sure that the requirements are met, and that IS used to support the business, is an enabler of the business. So ideally, end users' needs are going to be satisfied. And notice it says needs not wants, necessarily, but that users have the right technology, and, of course, that information is processed securely. So we're going to be involved in the review. Observation of IS personnel. Are the right people in the right position performing the right work? Do we have separation of duties in place? Do we have dual control when necessary to make sure that no one has too much function or too much capability for things like recovery of keys or any of those other sensitive-type operations.
