Practices view: Process goals
- [Narrator] Teams may select from the goals that DA provides or identify the highest impact ones that they should consider first, given their specific context. There are 21 process goals at the team level that can be drilled down into. Five of these address the majority of the tactical scaling factors that teams will be faced with and just those can be an ideal starting point. Let's take a look at how a team would drill down into some of these process goals, such as form team, explore scope, coordinate activities, accelerate value delivery, develop test strategy and so on.
